Vic Kolpak graduated from Sterling Heights High School in 1984.  He earned his Bachelors Degree from Oakland University and has a Masters Degree in education and a Masters Degree  in counseling from Wayne State University.   Vic started coaching freshman football in 1985.   He coached at Sterling Heights High School from 1999-2002 where he served as the offensive coordinator.   He has coached at Warren Mott High School from 2003 where he has served as the offensive coordinator.  “We have been very fortunate to make the Division One playoffs ten of the last 11 years.”  

Vic is married to Karen, they have three children: Ian, Allison, and Joshua.  

Coach Kolpak said, “I am grateful to have such a supportive family and have the opportunity to work with a great staff at Warren Mott High School led by my good friend Tom Milanov.”
