Shane Barron is the son of Al Barron and Tonya Osborne. He has two brothers, Trent (11) and Grant (6).
Shane has been playing football since the age of six. Shane was a four-year starter for the Carman-Ainsworth Cavaliers and a three-year captain. Shane was a four-year all conference player and a two-time two-way player all conference. Shane was also a two-time all state player, his junior year as a wide receiver and his senior year as a specialist. In the four years of his varsity football career, Shane played receiver, quarterback, running back, cornerback, safety and kicker. He also, returned punts and kicks.
Shane played two years of varsity baseball, two years of basketball and received honorable mention all conference for baseball. Shane ran two years of track and received all conference as well. Shane thanked, “Most importantly God and my parents.” He also thanked his coaches, the school staff, his friends, and family, “who have been supportive over the years.”
