Rayshawn has been playing football since he was ten. He started in the PAL football league in Detroit where he played for the Giants. The first time he “actually got any touches” was in middle school when he played for Warren Lincoln.  In his two varsity seasons he was selected to the All Metro East Team, First Team all Macomb County, Second Team All State, and the Macomb Area Conference Silver M.V.P. award. Rayshawn finished his senior season with 75 carries and 840 yards rushing with 12 touchdowns. He also picked up 23 catches for 382 yards and four touchdowns, returned 13 kicks for 274 yards and helped the defense with 47 tackles and one interception.

Rayshawn “picked up the game of football from my stepfather who unfortunately passed away of cancer. Today I play the game in his memory and every touchdown I score or play I make, it is in his memory for showing me the game that I have come to love.” He plans to attend college but had not determined where at press time.
