2011 Mike Weeks

Mike is the son of Connie and James Weeks. He has an older brother Jimmy (20) and an older sister Jessica (23).
Mike has played football since the 8th grade. In high school he was a three-time varsity player, starting at wide receiver, outside linebacker, and kicker as a sophomore. His junior and senior years he started as wide receiver, defensive back, and kicker/punter. Junior year he helped make Cadillac history by winning the Big North Conference Title. His senior year was the best of his campaign and he earned All Conference, All Area, All Region, and All State recognition. He finished with 42 receptions for 1016 yards and 16 TD’s. In his career he also kicked 104 PAT’s placing himself in the MHSAA record books.
Mike also participated in basketball and track. He competed at the state meet for high jump and 4x400M relay.
Mike will play wide receiver at Saginaw Valley State University next year. He said,, “I am extremely thankful for everything. I thank everyone, especially my father for helping put in countless hours to do everything possible to make sure I was successful in football. Also I thank my teammates and coaches for their support along the way. I shall take the lessons I learned both in and out of season into the future with me. I thank everyone again for giving me memories that will last a lifetime, and I hope to make my family proud.”
