Michael was a three-year varsity player at Allendale. As a sophomore and junior, he had 133 tackles, 18 sacks, and 12 forced fumbles from his defensive tackle spot. As a captain in his senior year, Michael racked up 65 tackles and 6 sacks, and forced 7 fumbles on defense, and was a starter on the offensive line as a guard. The successful season for the Falcons team was achieved through hard work, great teammates and “awesome coaching.” The Allendale team finished up on top of the OK Silver Conference, and found their way into the playoffs for the sixth straight year. The Falcon’s offense scored first in every game his senior year, and was considered the “tip of the sword.” The Falcon’s defense allowed only one team to rush for over one hundred yards in the ‘05 season, “this was accomplished mainly through our strong defensive line play.
Michael thanked, “God most of all for the talents with which I have been blessed.” He also thanked his parents, “for instilling in me a good work ethic. I thank coaches, teammates, and classmates for the great memories acquired throughout my high school years.”
