Mike currently is in his seventh season as defensive coordinator at DeLaSalle Collegiate High School where he also serves as the defensive backs coach.

Mike greatly enjoyed the opportunity to coach both of his boys at DeLaSalle. His son Matt (2004) was quarterback and defensive back on the 2002 District Champion Pilots and the 2003 State Playoff Qualifiers. His son Brian (2007) was quarterback of the 2006 State Runners-Up Pilots. Both boys are currently enrolled at the University of Michigan.

Mike credits much of his coaching success to the support and sacrifice of his wife Lisa.  ” I could never have done it without her. She is the ROCK of our family. From raising our boys to attending my coaching functions, she is always there for me. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to coach. Coaching in this All Star game is an honor and a thrill for me. I am privileged to be around such great coaches and great athletes.”
