He was a three year starter at Cody High School. Louis played running back and linebacker and earned the honors from the Detroit Free Press by being named to their All City Team.
Louis thanked Vernon Brown and the entire staff at Cody High. He also thanked his auntie, Kim Miller; grandmother, Janice Beal, and good friend, Henry Schorg.
