Justin started playing football in eight grade for the Dearborn Heights Redskins. The Redskins won the Northwestern Suburban Superbowl at Garden City High School. Justin scored a 60 yard touchdown on the first play from scrimmage in the Super Bowl Game against the Ypsilanti Braves. Justin played Varsity Football as a freshman and sophomore at Dearborn Edsel Ford. After that Justin transferred to Canton following his first semester of his sophomore year. “I fit in immediately at Canton becoming a two-year starter and was voted one of the team captains. I also carried a 3.0 GPA throughout high school. All of my hard work and dedication in the weight room have rewarded me by winning the Kensington Lakes Activities Association – South Offensive Player of the Year despite the fact I didn’t even touch the football. I was also rewarded as a senior by being selected first team All State Offensive Line and first team All West Offensive Line.”

Justin said, “I am appreciative of everyone who has been supportive throughout my entire athletic career, especially my family and parents.” He thanked all of his teammates and coaches, and was “especially grateful to Head Coach Tim Baechler and Mrs. Baechler for captain’s dinner. I am proud to represent my teammates and all the Canton Chiefs today in the All-Star Game.”
