Jack is the son of Noel and Kim Ford. He has one brother, Blake (17).

Jack started playing football at a very young age and has loved it since. He began his high school career as a lineman playing for the freshman team and then as a lineman for the JV team the next year. As a junior he started both ways for the varsity Cadillac Vikings. Jack won several accolades including Cadillac News Dream Team, All Region Dream Team, All Conference First Team, All State First Team, and Detroit Free Press Honorable Mention in his senior year.

Jack has accepted a full ride scholarship to Central Michigan University.
