Finn, JackInducted: 1983

Jack Finn was a head football coach in high school and collage for 39 years with a 219-122-8 record, winning eight conference and two State Championships. In 1966 and 1968, he was named Michigan High School Football coach of the Year and in 1983, he was inducted into the Michigan Football coaches’ Hall of Fame.

For nineteen years, he was also a high school track coach winning the class A State championships in 1964, 1967, 1968 and was named Michigan High School Track coach of the Year in 1968.

In his twenty years as Athletic Director of Northwood Institute, Finn built a well-rounded program of men and women’s sport and was a co-founder of the, Great Lakes Collegiate Athletic Conference.
