Dylan Monette

Dylan is the son of Dana and Robin Monette. He has three older sisters, Jayme, Cassie and Natalie.

Dylan started playing football in third grade and has had a football in his hands ever since. He was a four-year varsity player as a receiver and defensive back. Dylan received many awards including: Three-time All Conference receiver, two-time All Conference defensive back, two-time Lansing State Journal Dream Team defensive back, AP All State Honorable Mention Division 4 receiver, and Detroit Free Press first team All State defensive back.

In addition to football, Dylan played baseball and basketball. In baseball he received: All League, All District, and All Region honors as a pitcher leading up to his senior year. In basketball Dylan received: All League and All Area honors also leading up to his senior year. He was also a member of Williamston High School’s Business Professionals of America where he was an officer and two-time State qualifier.

Dylan thanked his “family, friends and teammates for making my high school career memorable.” He also thanked his dad, Coach Cline, Coach Emmons, Coach Lynch and the rest of the coaching staff for “helping me develop into the player that I am today.” He added, I cannot forget the “Mom Squad” for all their creative motivation.”

Dylan will continue his football career playing for Saginaw Valley State University.
