Danny has been an outstanding athlete from the age of seven. He played every sport: baseball, basketball, soccer, track, and football. When he played little league football he was the quarterback, the punter and kicker. Danny has been on varsity football since his freshman year. He played his freshman and sophomore years at Capac HS, earning All League and All County honors. He played his junior and senior years at Sterling Heights Stevenson. After earning the starting position, Danny helped lead the Titans to the state finals. Danny threw for 2,231 yards his junior year and was nominated outstanding offensive back and first team All State. He threw for 2,287 yards his senior year for a total of 6,619 yards in his career which puts him third in the state’s history.

Danny also played varsity basketball beginning as a freshman. Danny helped take Stevenson basketball to team records they hadn’t seen in ten years. Danny also ran track for three years.

Danny thanked all of his family, friends, teammates and especially his coaches for “believing in me.”
