In the eleventh grade, at Cody, Curtis was reunited with Coach Norman and some of his other PAL League coaches. That season he was named All City and averaged 2.5 sacks per game. As a senior, he was named All City and All State and ended the season with 105 tackles and 22 sacks.
Curtis thanked his mother, brothers Rel and Kool, his step father, Coach Norman, and the coaching staff at Cody, “who provided the motivation for me to be successful.”
Curtis will attend Grand Rapids Community College where he will continue his education and his football career.
