Notable Accomplishments: Two Conference Championships; Two Undefeated Regular Seasons ‘72, ‘84; ‘72 Team Outscored Opponents 177-9, Giving Up One Touchdown and One Field Goal; Ended Career as Whitehall MS Head Coach – 39 Win, 15 Loss Record; Coached First 1st Team All-State Football Player at Both Montague and Whitehall; 11 All State Players; Coached High School All-American, NFL Player (Scott Alward-Detroit Lions); West Michigan Conference 30 Year Service Award; MHSCA 30 Year Service Award; Three Years Regional Coach of the Year; Five Years MHSFCA Board of Directors ‘72 – ‘76.
