Chad was a three-year starter for the Norway Knights. Chad was awarded Academic All State for his hard work in the classroom and on the field. In 2002, Chad’s junior year, the Knights went to the Division 7 State Semi-Finals. He was selected as a captain both his junior and senior years. Chad is a two-time All U.P. Dream Team Punter, Mid-Peninsula Conference First Team Running Back, and Mid-Peninsula Conference Special Teams Player of the Year. He was named Class C All State Punter, averaging 43.8 yards per kick.
Other sports Chad was involved in were basketball, track, and soccer.
Chad maintained a 3.64 GPA. He will attend Central Michigan University to study physical therapy.
Chad thanked his family, friends, coaches, teammates and the Knights community for their support throughout his high school career.
