Caleb Donnell

Caleb has been involved with football since he was a member of the Rocket Football Program at Pennfield as a fifth grader. He played quarterback and monster back during his four year high school career. He led the freshman team to a 4-4-1 record against other freshmen and several JV teams. During his sophomore year he guided the JV’s to a 9-0 season and was moved up to varsity for the playoffs. Pennfield’s varsity records were 11-1 and 10-1 during his junior and senior years. Caleb was named to the Kalamazoo Valley Association All­ Conference Football Team and the Battle Creek All City Football Team for both his junior and senior years.

 

Caleb’s involvement in high school also included being on the honor roll for eight consecutive semesters, a member of the National Honor Society, SADD, Winter Carnival, Class Representative for his freshman and senior years, American Legion Delegate to Boy’s State, Battle Creek Rotary Club Student of the Month, FFA President for the Calhoun Area Technology Center, PHS Representative to Calhoun County’s 3rd Annual Youth Forum, and numerous community outreach programs through church and school.

 

Caleb said, “I thank God first, for all of His blessings. I thank my family, coaches, and friends for all of their support, commitment and recognition. I thank my Dad and Mom, my greatest fans, for their love and dedication. A special thanks to Coach Nick Koenigsknect, the entire coaching staff and especially to all of my panther teammates.”
