Bryan was a three-year starter for Walled Lake Central. During Bryan’s sophomore year on varsity he started at linebacker. By Bryan’s junior year he was a starter at linebacker and offensive guard. As a senior he was a unanimous selection as tri-captain. At the beginning of the 2005 season, Bryan was asked to “sacrifice” for the team and move to fullback. In typical Bryan fashion he responded by running for 1100 yards, averaging 7.9 yards per carry, and scoring 17 touchdowns. Bryan also ran track and wrestled for four years on varsity.
Bryan maintained a 3.1 GPA. He will pursue a degree in engineering but is still undecided on where he will attend college in the fall.
Bryan thanked his parents, family, and friends for all the support throughout his five years of football. He also thanked his coaches from the L.A. Hawks and from Walled Lake Central. Finally, Bryan said, “Thanks coach Meyer for finally giving me the opportunity to play fullback!”
