Brad was a two year starting quarterback on the Nouvel Catholic Central varsity football team. As a senior he led the Panthers to the Division 6 State Championship and was named the Class C Player of the Year by the Associated Press. During his senior year Brad accumulated 1,773 yards through the air with 25 touchdowns and ran for 987 yards and 10 touchdowns. Throughout his junior year he accounted for 941 yards of passing and 9 touchdowns while running for 496 yards and 11 touchdowns.
Brad played varsity hockey for four years and was the captain of the team as a senior. Brad also was a member of the Nouvel track and field team for four years. He pole vaulted and was a sprinter. His relay teams placed in the state finals in his sophomore and junior years and he was All State in track and field in two events. Brad was placed on the Academic All State Team in 2006. He graduated with a 3.87 GPA.
Brad thanked his “entire family for all their support over the years especially my mom, dad, brother, and sister.” He thanked “all the coaches I have ever had during my football career from fifth grade all the way through high school.” Lastly, he thanked all his teammates “that have helped push me to be the best player I could be.”
