In addition to playing football since third grade. Apollo enjoyed ice hockey and basketball.
Apollo was a varsity standout on both sides of the ball throughout high school and even saw limited action during the playoffs in his freshman year. He was named his team’s top lineman in both his junior and senior year. He was also named to All Conference, All City, and All State teams.
Apollo led his Pennfield Panther team deep into the 2003 playoffs and played his best football in the post season.
Apollo has selected Grand Valley State University to continue his athletic and academic career, because, he said, “I want to continue being part of a championship program.”
