Jack Schugars honored at Duffy Daugherty Memorial Banquet

This past April, Oakridge High School's Jack Schugars was honored with the Duffy Daugherty Memorial Award. Central Michigan University's Roy Kramer was also honored. Since 1992, the Duffy Daugherty Memorial Award has recognized outstanding contributions to amateur football. Roy Kramer and Jack Schugars will join a legendary list of past recipients that includes Bobby Bowden, Eddie Robinson, Bo Schembechler, Keith Jackson, Bud Wilkinson, and Ara Parseghian, among others.
