We are a brand new program starting in Fall 2026. We are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable coach to help get our program off the ground. You will be involved with all facets of starting the program, including but not limited to fundraising, equipment ordering, scheduling, etc.

SALARY
$4,500

ACCOUNTABILITY
The coach will be under the direct supervision of the athletic director, in conjunction with the respective building principal.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
∙ Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
∙ Previous football playing/coaching experience is desirable
∙ Knowledge and background in football
∙ CPR/AED Certified
∙ MHSAA Cap 1 or Cap 2 certified (or willing to get)

Coach Griggs
Head varsity football coach

Southfield Christian is seeking a head coach for the fall of 2026, who will be responsible for leading and managing the entire football program. This includes coaching the varsity team, overseeing the middle school team, and fostering a positive, Christ-centered team culture. This role involves not only athletic development but also the spiritual, social, and academic growth of student-athletes.
