Kevin was a three-year letterman for the Novi Wildcat football family. In 2002 he contributed to the team mainly through his work on special teams. In 2003 Kevin was a starting defensive back, quarterback, running back and wide receiver. In 2004, the senior captain led the team to yet another KVC  district title. On the offensive side of the ball, he accumulated over 1,000 yards and 16 touchdowns on the ground, 600 yards and 6 touchdowns through the air, and led the team in receiving. On defense he led the Wildcats in interceptions with five. In addition, Kevin was the team’s punter, booting the ball for an average of nearly 40 yards with numerous coffin kicks and punts of over 60 yards. After the season, Kevin was awarded Best Sportsman by his coaches.

Kevin was a three-year starter on the Novi varsity baseball team. He will proudly wear a maize and blue baseball uniform when he attends the University of Michigan in the fall. In addition to sports, Kevin sings bass in the elite Novi Singers choir and gives back to the community by acting as the senior student mentor for the freshman class at Novi High School.

For all their love and support throughout his playing career, Kevin thanked his parents. He especially thanked his dad, Chuck, for taking the time to coach him and teach him the intricacies of the game. He also thanked his older brother Brandon, “for being such a tremendous inspiration in my life.” He gave a “big thanks” to his Mamaw and Poppa, aunts, uncles, and cousins for their never ending support throughout the years. He thanked all of his friends and teammates for their encouragement and dedication. “A special thank you to the coaching staff at Novi, for helping me to be the best I could be, and to Coach Kellepourey, a man amongst men, for helping to shape me into the person I am today.”
