Tyler is the son of Theresa and Steve Lemke. He has one younger sister Allison (14).
Tyler began his football career in the third grade playing in the Rocket football program. He has played every year since making his senior season his tenth year of football. Tyler’s varsity football career started in his sophomore year. He started all 11 games at the left guard position. He never missed a start throughout his whole varsity football career (36 consecutive starts).
Tyler also participated in track and field where he threw the shot and ran the 4 by 200M relay.
Tyler thanked, “my parents for all their support throughout the years.” He also thanked Coach Mclntyre and Coach Dennis, the offensive line coach, “for helping me become not only a better football player, but a better overall person. I’ve decided to take my football career to Saginaw Valley State University where I will look into the business field.”
