Saylor Lavallii, son of LV and Katie Lavallii, has had a passion for football since he was a toddler. He began his football career at five playing recreational flag football until he could put on pads in third grade. Playing running back for Coach Mark Smith and the Jr. Bulldogs for four years was where he realized that this was something he wanted to continue for as long as he could.

Saylor was a three-sport athlete throughout high school and was a three-year starter in varsity football for coach Jerry Vanhavel. The Bulldogs were League Champions all three of Saylor’s varsity years in football. His high school career was a truly memorable experience.

Saylor’s older sister, Austin, is a Division 1 tennis player on scholarship, currently in her junior year. He will be following in her footsteps with a college major in sports management. His younger brother, Oakley, has high aspirations to play linebacker at the college level someday. Saylor’s parents have been inspirational in both his athletic journey and building character and personality.

Saylor will continue his football career at Central Michigan University. “Central will allow my close knit family to continue to follow my career.” Said Saylor.

Saylor said, “I feel honored to have been chosen to represent Mason High  School in this All Star game. This will be one of the highlights of my high school career.”
