Assistant Coach Nick Douglass
2016 All Stars – West Team
Coach Nick Douglass graduated from Fowlerville High School in 1995 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in movement science with a minor in elementary education from Grand Valley State University in 2001 and a Master in the Art of Teaching degree from Marygrove College in 2006. Coach Douglass has been teaching physical education at Linden Middle School since the fall of 2002.
In the fall of 2016, Coach Douglass will start his 13th year of coaching football at Linden High School, his fourth as co-head coach alongside Denny Hopkins. In addition to coaching football, Coach Douglass was a head varsity track coach for 14 years, coached middle school and JV boys basketball for 12 years, and is the current head varsity girls basketball coach at Fowlerville High School.
Coach Douglass and his wife, Wendy, will celebrate 17 years of marriage in August. They have three children, Meghan (15), Elijah (14), and Kaley (12).
