Kirk led his team to a record 12-1 season passing for 2,500 yards and 27 TD’s and rushed for 1,050 yards and 13 TD’s for a total of 40 TD’s, all of which are school records. He was voted his teams MVP in both his junior and senior years.
Kirk also played baseball at West Catholic where he was an All Conference Pitcher in both his sophomore and junior years.
Kirk thanked all of his coaches from grade school through high school. He thanked his Mom and Dad for “all their support and guidance.” Kirk also thanked the West Catholic Football team and the West Catholic Community. He gave, “a special thanks to the entire West Catholic Football staff, especially Head Coach Dan Rohn for all the time and effort he put in to help the team be successful.” In addition, Kirk thanked his sister for coming to all of his games and his older brother Kory for his support and guidance.
