Kelby’s family includes three older brothers in chronological order: Tyler, Corrie and Alex. His parents are, Tim Latta and Tammie Latta.
Kelby was a three-year varsity starter. He played offensive tackle, defensive tackle and defensive end. He was named All City and All Conference three times and was a two time All State and a one-time Dream Team member.
Kelby also wrestled, played basketball, baseball and track at Harper Creek.

I thank my 2009, 2010 and 2011 football teams, Ryan Bates, Mike Powel and many more who have been a part of my life. Most importantly, I thank God.”
