Jordan’s high school athletic career began at Mission Viejo (CA) High School where he was a captain of the freshman and JY teams his first two years of High School. During his time at Chippewa Valley Jordan started at center for the Big Reds for two seasons. He helped lead the Big Reds to a share of the MAC Red title his Junior year. He was named a captain for his senior season and helped to lead the Big Reds to an 11-2 record and a spot in the State Final Four after winning the District and Regional Championships. Jordan also participated in Track for the Big Reds. He was a state qualifier in Discus his junior year for the Macomb County Team of the Year. He hopes to compete for the State Championship in the event his senior year.
Jordan would like to thank many people for helping him make the transition to a new school and team. Always first and foremost Jordan would like to thank his Lord because without him he would be lost. He would also like to thank his parents who were supportive of everything he did and who went beyond what was asked of them to help the Big Red Program. A very special thank you to the Deliz family for opening up their home to him and making him feel like part of the family. To all of his coaches, especially Coach Carr for welcoming him onto the team and being so encouraging, and Coach Jarmaga for the motivation, support and the open door. Jordan would also like to thank his teammates for accepting him, and the Students, Staff, and Faculty at Chippewa Valley for making his high school experience so memorable.
Jordan will continue his academic and athletic career at Northwood University on a Football and Academic Scholarship. He plans on Majoring in Economics/Marketing and also attaining his M.B.A. from Northwood, then attending law school.
