Jordan started playing football in the seventh grade. He was selected to play on the Mason High School varsity team as a freshman but played only the last two games that season because of an injury. He played the entire seasons his next three years. His career totals included 3673 rushing yards and 47 touchdowns. In his junior season he held the school record for most carries ,305, and yards gained, 1777 with 24 touchdowns.

 

In addition to football, Jordan played soccer for four years in elementary school and basketball in high school. He was also involved in the team’s Liftthons and the varsity M club in high school.

 

Jordan will attend Northern Michigan University. He thanked his family, friends and the Mason Community for their support through the years. He gave a special thanks to his football coach, Jerry VanHavel and to, “God for giving me the ability to be a good athlete.”
