Jeb is the son of Joe and Kaleen Palka.  He is the youngest of three children.  His older sister, Emileen, is a teacher and former volleyball player at Indiana Tech.  Tyler, his older brother, plays quarterback for Gannon University.

Jeb was a three-year starter at wide receiver and also a kick returner.  He led Saline to a 32-5 record over his varsity career.  This included a Division 1 State Runners-Up finish in 2014 along with Conference, Regional and District championships.  In 2015, Saline was Conference and District champions and ranked in the top 20 nationally all season long in the USA Today Super Prep 25 Poll.  Saline also finished ranked number 1 in the AP Division 1 poll.  Jeb was a two-time First team All State player by the Detroit Free Press.  He also was an M-Live two-time First Team Dream Team Player by the Ann Arbor News.  He was a two time First Team All South Eastern Conference Team member along with being a two-time First Team All Metro player by The Detroit News.  Jeb led Saline to its best single season in school history in 2014 along with its first undefeated regular season in twenty years in 2015.

Jeb holds Saline school records for catches in a career and single game.  He also holds the record for career receiving yardage and is Saline’s only two-time First Team All State selection.  His career stats show him with 157 catches for 1832 yards and 17 TD’s.  He added 818 yards on the ground on 126 carries with 10 TD’s.  He was a four-year letterman in track, has held various leadership positions and has volunteered in many programs within the Saline community

Jeb thanked his parents, brother and sister, grandparents and the Saline community for all of their support throughout his career.
