Jake said, “I thank my mom and dad for all the support that they have given me through the years. Whether driving me to hockey practices at 4:00 in the morning, or having the teams over for dinners, or supporting me at all of the games. I also thank coach Gross for taking time away from his family to help me, and for giving me the opportunity to play for four years. The rest of the coaches that worked with me through the years were great. Finally, I want to thank all of my teammates who have made my years at Stoney Creek a fun experience that I will never forget. I’ve made many lifelong friends that will be there for whatever the future may hold.”
