Jake’s parents are Dave and Lori. He has two brothers, Pete and Kyle and a sister Megan.
Jake started playing football in the fourth grade. In his career he has played defensive line and running back. Jake was team captain, was given the Hammer Award for Defensive Most valuable Player, had a school record 16 sacks, and was named Perry High School Top Male Athlete for 2011.
At Perry, Jake also played basketball, baseball.
Jake thanked his coaches, Steve Bentley, Dave Myron, Mitch McManus, Dean Thompson, Randy Goodman. He thanked his parents and family including Uncle Phil and Aunt Sue Cornell. He also thanked his friends, and girlfriend Kaitlyn for all their support.
Jake was undecided about which college he will attend at our publication time.
