Fletcher was a two-year starter for the Mustangs, where he was the kicker and punter. As a senior, his kickoff average was 61 yards and he made 9 of 11 field goals. He set two conference records during his senior season, tying the Flint Metro League record for most field goals in a game (3), and setting the record for most field goals made in a season (9). He averaged 39 yards per punt his senior season and earned 1st team all conference honors.

Fletcher also played hockey and baseball for Clio. He was a three-year varsity starter on the hockey team and was brought up to varsity at the end of his sophomore season on the baseball team. He was a part of the Greater-Flint baseball tournament championship in 2007, and a conference co-championship in 2008. He was selected as captain of both the baseball and hockey teams for his senior season. Fletcher maintained a 3.8 grade point average and was a member of the National Honor Society.

Fletcher said, “I first want to thank my parents for all their support and love throughout my high school experience.” He also thanked his coach Tim Hense, “for encouraging me to become a better person both on and off the football field.” Fletcher will play football at Ferris State University and plans to study Pre-Veterinary medicine.
