Devin Thomas

Wide Receiver

College: Coffeyville Community College

 

In Devon’s junior year he was a main contributor at running back and wide receiver for fs. He was the second leading scorer on the team with 11 Touchdowns. In Devon’s two years on the team their record was 20 wins and 3 losses. In his senior year, for the first team in school history, the Chiefs were undefeated and thier final record was 11-1. Devon was team captain and led the team with the most touchdowns (20) and the most interceptions (6).

 

In his junior year, Devon ran track and broke three school records, the 100 meters (10.4), the 200 meters (21.9) and the 4 x 100 meter relay (43.8).

 

Devon thanked, “God for the talents he blessed me with. My mom for making me realize the importance of school and that without good grades there would be no football. I thank my dad for believing I could be something in football ever since I was little, and I thank my coach Tim Baechler for believing in me as a newcomer into the program and for leading the team to the third round of the playoffs.”
