He broke the school record for number of receptions (69) and total receiving yards in one season (1,103). Danny accounted for eleven touchdowns his senior year. He had nine receiving touchdowns, he returned a punt for a touchdown, and he threw a touchdown pass. His teammates selected him as a co-captain and MVP of the 2003 Trojans.

Danny lettered in track as a sophomore and basketball as a junior. He was a captain of the track team his senior year.

Dan thanked his parents and family for their tremendous support throughout his career, his little league coaching staff, the Trenton High School coaching staff, and all his friends and teammates for all the great memories. “My senior year was unforgettable.”
