Brock began playing football in second grade, and it instantly became the love of his life. His freshman year, Brock was moved to varsity where he was part of Lowell’s first state championship in football. As a sophomore, Brock started every game as a defensive back. Brock was named a captain his junior season and played outside linebacker. He was a part of Lowell’s second state championship during that season. As a senior, Brock was again named a captain and started on both sides of the ball and returned punts. Brock was a four-year letterman in football and played in 51 varsity football games ending with a 47-4 record.
Brock also wrestled for Lowell. He won a team state championship his sophomore year with the wrestling team as well. He was a three year starter for Lowell in wrestling.
Brock thanked, “The Lord first of all because he has given me so many blessings. I would also like to thank my parents and family for the years of love and support they have given me. I also thank Coach Dean and his staff for being more than just great coaches, but being great men and role models. I thank you for a great four years. I would like to thank my teammates for everything they have done for me. Lastly, I thank the businesses and the Lowell community who supported me in this game, without you
this wouldn’t be possible.”
