Brian transferred to Cabrini for his second semester of his sophomore year. He arrived at Cabrini via Taylor Kennedy where he played on the varsity football team as a sophomore. In both his junior and senior years he was voted team captain and was a starter on offense and defense.

 

As a senior, Rilley scored 21 touchdowns as a running back on 214 carries while totaling 1,519 yards rushing. At linebacker, he was credited with 71 solo tackles among his 114 total tackles. In addition, as a 2004 district finalist, Cabrini recorded the first post-season win in school history with Brian contributing 288 yards on 23 carries and 4 touchdowns.

 

Basketball is also a sport that Brian enjoys playing. The Monarchs and Brian were district finalists in 2003 and 2004. In 2004, as a captain, Brian earned All League A-East/West Division honors.

 

Brian thanked his family, teammates, friends, fans and the entire parish community for their encouragement and support and for making his time at Cabrini so memorable. A special acknowledgement and appreciation went to his coaches, Obryki, Shea, Leja and Gillespe.
