Head Coach Bob Czarnecki
Trenton High School
Coach Czarnecki will begin his 15th year at Trenton High School this fall. In the ten years prior to his moving to Trenton, he taught and coached in Crowley, Louisianna.? At Crowley he was Offensive Coordinator for the last five years and won the AAA State Championship in 1989.? Bob also coached the AAA State Champion Girl’s track team (Crowley High’s first state championship in school’s history).
Coach Czarnecki was “mentored by Coach Lewis Cook an icon in Louisianna football.” and commented that, “I was fortunate to coach Shane Garrett (Cincinnati Bengals), Orlando Thomas (Minnesota Vikings) and Ryan Sykola (New York Jets).
Bob is the father of six: Michael 11, Barbara 10, Patrick 6, Antoinette 4, Angelo 3, and Joseph 2. He is married to the former Jackie Gorno, “who is one of my major inspirations.”
He said, “I am honored to coach in this game and work with the finest athletes in the state. I dedicate my efforts, as always, to the memory of my brother-in-law, Dr. Scott Carlson, and sister-in-law, Angela Beckham.”
