Bill is a 1987 graduate of Deckerville High School, where he played for Hall of Fame Coach, Bob Staskiewicz.  Bill started coaching at Deckerville as a junior high football coach and assisting on the varsity from 1987-1992. He became the head coach in 1993.

In his 17 years at Deckerville, Bill’s teams have qualified for the State Playoffs 15 times and advanced to the Semi-Finals in 2000 and to the Regionals in 2001, 2006, and 2008.  He has been named Regional Coach of the Year three times.  His record is 129-52.

Bill and his wife, Kristy, have been married for twelve years.  They have three daughters and two sons.  Josie (11),  Ali (10),  Rachel (8), Will (6) and Aiden (1).  “I have been so blessed to have married such a caring and supportive wife and five wonderful children.”
