Andre is the son of Michelle Griffin. 

In Andre’s three years at Chandler Park, he compiled 37 sacks, 102 tackles and 8 forced fumbles. Andre was also awarded 1st Team All Conference for three seasons, Conference Defensive MVP his senior year and was 1st Team All State. Andre was ranked as the  number 20 recruit in the State of Michigan on the Detroit News Blue Chip 60 List. He was ranked as the  number 46 recruit in the State of Michigan on Mick McCabe’s Detroit Free Press Fab 50 List. He was rated a two-star recruit by both Rivals.com and 247 Sports.com and ranked the  number 100 defensive end in the nation by Scout.com.

Andre thanked his family and coaches. He will attend Western Michigan University as an Engineering major.
