Andon is the Son of Shawn and Joe Washington he has a younger sister (10). Andon is active in both his church and his community. 

Andon played three sports, basketball, track, and football, at the varsity level all four years of high school and I was a captain in all three sports. In football he played defensive back, outside linebacker and running back. He said, “Coming from a Division 8 school I had to be versatile”.

Andon began playing football when he was was six years old. In his senior year he was awarded offensive and defensive MVP. Along with 1st Team All Conference Running Back, 1st Team Linebacker, 1st Team Special Teams Returner. He accounted for 100 points offensively including 13 rushing touchdowns, 2 receiving touchdowns and  5 PAT’s. He had 1,074 rushing yards on 90 carries an average of 11.9 yards a carry. Defensively he recorded 44 solo tackles and 30 assists. He had 74 total tackles, 2 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, 6 pass deflections and 7 interceptions. Andon returned four interceptions for touchdowns during his senior year. Andon helped lead his team to a league title and a playoff appearance.

In track, Andon was All state track placing 6th in the 100m dash at the State Meet. He scored one thousand points in track career and captured a district title in his final year. 

Andon said, “I was blessed to be able to make Baldwin my home throughout this part of my life. I am grateful for the people who helped me get where I am today.”
