Adam’s passion for football began in the sixth grade. After his middle school career, he was given a great opportunity to play on varsity as a freshman. He started every game that year as an outside linebacker. Over the next three years he was a two-way standout, rarely coming off the field, while playing a multitude of positions on both sides of the ball. His coaches and teammates also recognized his leadership and voted him captain his last three years, an honor he relished.
During his career, Adam received numerous awards. He was a three-time team MVP and Leadership Award winner as a senior. Adam will graduate with four football records for Holly as well. He was also a multiple All League standout receiving recognition on both offense and defense during his four year career. One of his favorite accomplishments was leading his team to the playoffs as a senior.
Adam earned 11 varsity letters. He played varsity basketball for four years and baseball for three. A standout student as well, Adam carried a 3.75 GPA and was a member of the National Honor Society. This has lead to recognition as a Scholar-Athlete Award winner on many occasions in multiple sports.
Adam said, “I thank my entire family for always being there for me. Their unconditional love and support is something I will never forget. I also thank all the coaches and staff at Holly High School for their support and the opportunities they have provided. Lastly, I thank my teammates and my community for being my inspiration all these years. I could not have done it without you.”
