Adam was a three-year starter at both tight-end and linebacker. As a sophomore and junior, he helped the Warriors advance to the Division II State Championship game. As a senior, Adam was selected the team’s captain and Defensive MVP along with again leading the team to the state playoffs. During his three varsity seasons, the Brother Rice football team compiled a 35-7 record.
Adam enjoyed the privilege of playing for the legendary Coach Al Fracassa at Brother Rice. Coach Fracassa is the winningest coach in Michigan high school football. It was under the guidance of Coach Fracassa and his coaching staff that Adam learned the true meaning of hard work and the importance of the word “team.” Adam also had the good fortune of playing for Coach Bob Riker as a three-year varsity baseball player for the Brother Rice baseball team that was Class “A” State Runners-up in 2003 and State Semifinalist in 2004.
“I would like to thank Coach Fracassa and the entire Brother Rice coaching staff for giving me the opportunity to play for such a great program. It has been a privilege to play along side players that I proudly call “my brothers.” I know what type of commitment it takes on the part of every player and coach to maintain a level of excellence that is Brother Rice football.”
Adam will attend Michigan State University and will major in Pre-law.
