Tyler excelled as a three-sport athlete at Fowlerville High School where he maintained a 3.45 gpa. Tyler ran the 40 in 4.32 seconds. He was a three year starter playing both offense and defense and returning punts and kickoffs for the Gladiator Football team. He was a two-year starter at point guard for the Gladiator basketball team. He also ran for the Gladiator track and field team for four years as an All State long jumper and sprinter. Tyler served as team captain for all three sports.

 

Tyler said, “Thank you to all of my teammates for a senior year full of great memories.” He also expressed great appreciation, “to Coach Wallace, Coach Webb, Coach Shrader, Coach Hays, Coach Copeland 1, and Coach Copeland 2 for developing a strong foundation, through commitment and support for all of the Fowlerville players.” He also said, “I deeply appreciate all of the love and encouragement I have received from my family.”
