Romulus High School Football is seeking motivated and committed assistant coaches to join our program for the upcoming season. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the game, dedicated to developing student-athletes, and committed to fostering a culture built on accountability, discipline, and excellence.

Both Varsity and Junior Varsity opportunities are available. Coaching assignments will be based on experience, strengths, and the needs of the program. Preferred Qualifications

• High school and/or collegiate playing experience
• High school and/or collegiate coaching experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the development of student-athletes both on and off the field
• Assist with practice planning, implementation, and game preparation
• Teach position-specific fundamentals and scheme execution
• Uphold and model program standards of discipline, accountability, and character
• Build positive relationships with student-athletes of all skill levels
