Paul has played soccer since kindergarten. He changed over to football kicking during middle school. In high school, he helped lead his team to a Division 1 State Championship and two conference championships. He holds the school record for longest field goal at 51 yards, and recorded 48 touchbacks on 58 kickoffs in 2009. Paul has called his state championship victory his most memorable moment of his football career. His team voted him special teams MVP for both his junior and senior years.
Paul thanked his “entire family, teammates, and coaches for supporting me and being such an important part of my success.” He said, “It has taken hard work and sacrifice to realize my dreams, and I am grateful to everyone for their part in my life.”
