Adrian and the Crusaders were blessed with two state titles, in 2006 when Adrian played with his older brother Timothy and in 2008. Adrian had 245 tackles 210 assists, 17 sacks and 9 forced fumbles during his high school career. He also participated in baseball, basketball, and two drama productions including having a lead in Annie Get Your Gun as Sitting Bull.
Adrian said, “I have had many successful years, several that stand out in my mind, but none that would be possible without great coaches such as head coach, Mike Holmes, position coaches Joe Perry and Mike Ribecky, and coaches Fodrocy, Czerwon, Martinez, Hornak, Señor, and my uncle Dan Dobberstein. All of whom pushed me to be the best I could be both on and off the field. I attribute my character largely to their life lessons.”
Adrian will continue his football and education career in business at Saginaw Valley State University.
