Academic All State Team Award
General guidelines for selection of team academic all-state awards.
In order for a team to be considered for the TEAM ACADEMIC ALL-STATE AWARD:

The coach must submit a completed application by NOVEMBER 15th.

The Head Coach must be a current member of the MHSFCA. A current membership list and application is available at www.mhsfca.com

The team section of the application must include 11 players, their year in school, and their unweighted GPA (capped at 4.000) for the second semester of the previous school year only. Do not submit cumulative GPA’s.

A transcript of each player must be included with this application.

Coaches should submit the names of regular varsity players only.
Selection Process
The four teams in each of the eight playoff divisions with the highest team GPA (based on a 4.000 scale) will be named Academic All-State in their respective divisions. The next six will be named Honorable Mention teams.
THE DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS IS NOVEMBER 15th.
(NO exceptions!!!)
